"Mark made the experience well worth it. The class was very remedial but for licensing purposes it was useful. He was patient with the other students that had no experience. I appreciate his time and knowledge. The other instructors were great as well."

"I was so impressed with how patient and thorough every instructor at Learn to Ride was. I had zero experience in anything motorcycle related but their in-class and on range sessions made sure I felt comfortable before leaving the course. I would highly highly recommend taking their course if you’ve ever been interested in learning to ride a motorcycle!"
- Sunny Aguilar, August 2025
"Suuuuuper informative and well laid out course, covering all the basics on what it takes to be a safe rider. Highly recommend before buying your first bike as this will be the perfect introduction and instill good habits before you have time to develop bad habits on your own. The class size isn't bad, capped at 12 riders which leaves plenty of room and time for personal instruction as well as riding exercises. My only complaint is the early hour that the class starts at, but that's necessary in order to get a full day of education in."
- Noah Bell, August 2025
"To keep it straight and to the point, study what you’re given and you’ll pass easy. I had the best instructors and I’m glad I got to learn and experience more about the motorcyclist world. To mention, I prefer the 2 day because it was informative and quick. Thank you Arden, Marco, and Grant for being to the point, supportive, and honest. To everyone else thinking about the course, do it!! See yall on the road🤙🏽 and stay safe"

"I recently completed a beginner motorcycle class with Val and Alex, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Both instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining riding concepts, techniques, and safety fundamentals in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was their ability to provide constructive, individualized feedback throughout the course. Rather than simply pointing out mistakes, they offered practical tips and clear guidance on how to improve specific riding skills, which helped build both confidence and competence on the bike..."
- Ana Cristina Flores Arechiga, June 2026
"Highly recommend this class for anyone who’s never rode a motorcycle before and is wanting to learn. The instructors here are amazing and definitely want to come back in the future and take their intermediate writing course."
- Brenda Gomez, August 2025
"I had an awesome experience here at Learn to Ride VC. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely cared about our success and it showed! I found out that Learn to Ride VC offers CHP CMSP MTC (Motorcyclist Training Course) classes which can get you a skills test waiver (DL389) and they also offer the CHP CMSP Total Control IRC (Intermediate Riding Clinic) and Total Control ARC (Advanced Riding Clinics) The classroom is located in a small industrial park off of Surfside Drive's North/South segment..."
